Overview

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused professional to support daily vehicle movement, organization, and presentation within our service department. In this role, you will help ensure a smooth experience for customers and team members by maintaining an efficient, clean, and organized service area.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles safely to and from service lanes, parking areas, wash bays, and other designated locations.
• Assist with vehicle staging, organization, and retrieval to support an efficient workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service drive, shop, lot, and customer waiting areas.
• Support service advisors and technicians with basic vehicle handling and dealership operations as needed.
• Perform vehicle inspections for visible cleanliness and general presentation before customer delivery.
• Assist with shuttling customers or vehicles when requested, following all safety and company guidelines.
• Monitor lot appearance and help ensure vehicles are properly parked and secured.
• Provide friendly and professional support to customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional communication and a positive customer service attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move vehicles throughout the workday.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in automotive, dealership, or lot support environments.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle care and safe driving practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
