Full job description

We're looking for a driven and knowledgeable SEO Specialist to join our marketing team and help drive growth across Valley Hi Toyota and Valley Hi Kia. This is a full-time, on-site position, perfect for someone who thrives on optimizing digital presence and wants to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute organic search strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation.
• Write and optimize blogs, landing pages, and website content. Coordinate content creation stragegies with Creative Director, video team.
• Perform back-end website optimization (meta tags, site structure, technical SEO).
• Manage and engage with Google Business Profiles for both Toyota and Kia locations.
• Track performance and report on key SEO metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Optimize content for AI search and answer engines so it gets surfaced and cited in AI-driven search results (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity), not just traditional rankings.

What We're Looking For

• Solid working knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical).
• Strong writing skills with experience in blog/content creation.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Familiarity with Generative and Answer Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO) and structured data/schema markup that helps AI systems understand and cite dealership content.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to speed up research and content creation, without sacrificing quality or originality.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Someone who can start ASAP and hit the ground running.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
