**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor for Express Service to join our dynamic automotive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by understanding their needs, advising on necessary maintenance, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of automotive services, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Listen to customers’ service needs and advise on necessary vehicle maintenance for express services.
- Prepare detailed work orders and coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles and professionally recommend additional services.
- Manage customer waiting times and ensure a seamless flow of service appointments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and ensure all documentation is completed efficiently.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and automotive service regulations.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in a Service Advisor role or similar position within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of standard express automotive services and maintenance procedures.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with service management software and basic computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

**Pay:**

$16.90 hourly plus bonuses
