**Job Title: Lube Technician**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lube Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining vehicles and ensuring they operate at peak efficiency. **Responsibilities:**

- Perform oil changes efficiently and accurately on a variety of vehicles to meet dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Inspect vehicles for oil leaks, fluid levels, and general maintenance needs.
- Lubricate moving parts with specific types of oil and grease.
- Replace air and oil filters as necessary.
- Inform service advisors if additional vehicle repairs are needed and keep them updated on the progress of repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.
- Keep thorough and accurate records of services performed.
- Assist with other maintenance tasks as required.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an automotive service program is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar role in an automotive service environment.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and operation.
- Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles, both manual and automatic.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
